Cochrane's has always cared about your freight and our relationship with your business. That's why we have recently joined the FreightSafe program, which is offered to customers of many of Australia's leading transport companies.

Our decision to join the program only came after finding a way to offer this service at an extremely low incremental charge in proportion to the potential value to our customers. With cover of up to $1,000 per consignment and no excess (glass products carry a $50 excess and $500 maximum claim value), our customers now have a level of protection and peace of mind for when mishaps do occur.

We understand that your first priority is for us to always deliver your consignments in full and intact, and that is our ongoing mission in business. How you package and present your freight certainly goes a long way to helping us and we appreciate the time you take to consider this. However, if something does go wrong it is good to know that you have something to fall back on.
