Our cutting edge IT gives us the ability to accommodate a multitude of software applications. One of these is the WebDespatch platform, which was launched in November 2011.
WebDespatch is a web-based consignment creation system that allows customers to submit consignment information to Cochrane's electronically. Customers can quickly and easily produce their own con notes, saving considerable time from the traditional hand written con note process. WebDespatch can be used by any customer sending freight, regardless of whether they are the payer of the freight or not.
