As part of its growth, development and search for continual improvement, Cochrane's has established an Advisory Board to review and nurture the business.
Acknowledging that the business is now of a size and complexity that it needs the experience and input of outside advisors, Peter Cochrane as Chairman is supported on this board by:
- Marilyn Cochrane - Company Secretary
- Jodie Hill - family member and experienced marketing specialist
- Bruce Hampson - CEO
- Peter de Cure - Former Partner at KPMG, and board member for various commercial and not-for-profit organisations
- John Cooper - Chairman of IPS Logistics, Former GM - Port of Brisbane, board member for various commercial organisations
At the first meeting in December 2014, Peter Cochrane stated; "this board is a good blend of people that understand and appreciate our history and culture, with those that recognise the opportunity and future direction we need to take".
