What is a "FreightSafe Warranty"?
Cochrane's has teamed up with FreightSafe to offer customers extra piece of mind for valuable or easily damaged consignments. While we endeavour to provide the most secure and safe freight service that we can and that you deserve, this warranty provides an added level of cover for those occasions when the unforseen happens. Rest assured though that we will continue to monitor and perfect our handling, driver and agent security and control systems.
The FreightSafe Warranty will be rolled out to the majority of our valued customers in May 2016 at an extremely low rate per consignment which is well below other similar market offerings. Terms and Conditions of the warranty are attached below, and a claim form for those who have cover is also included for those rare occasions that it is required. The claim process is simple and managed by FreightSafe.
We trust that you'll never need it, but will appreciate the fact that it is there "just in case".
